I think I've sorted it out - some sloppy HTML on my part and a rather strange case of an unfinished code then having an effect on all subsequent posts. Weird. Even stranger was the fact that old Google Chrome seemed to second guess my error and carry on regardless. Maybe not so evil, yet!
