
Injera is an Ethiopian bread. It is also the name of the Abyssinian cat on the left. The one on the right is Rufus. Rufus is not, as far as I know, also the name of a staple food. Sorry, Rufus.
Injera, the blogger, contributes occasional posts to Reality Ravings (probably posting more there than here during Masterchef season) and is working on a Tour de France project, celebrating the cows of the French countryside, at Les Vaches du Tour.
